CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments canceled within 48 hours prior to the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No call/ no shows are also subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Clients must place a card on file in order to hold the appointment. Please note that all card transactions are charged a 3.5% convenience fee by GlossGenius. To avoid this fee, you may pay by cash. Sorry, no checks are accepted.
